Return and Cancellation

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and authenticity), we have a strict return policy:

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is wrong (different from what was ordered) or damaged upon arrival.
Condition: Items must be unopened, in their original cellophane wrap, and with all seals intact.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a return.
Refunds: Once the return is inspected and approved, we will offer an exchange or a refund in GHC via your original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched for delivery.
Once an order is with our courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
